Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - PRN
Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to join our team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional resident care in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Follow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy to residents
- Track daily notes, treatment progress, and billing
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education
- Communicate with therapy team, nursing, and families
- Participate in care meetings and facility initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current state licensure as a PTA
- Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents as needed
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
