Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN
Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents.

Responsibilities
- Deliver care and therapeutic exercises based on treatment plans developed by the OT
- Assist residents with activities that promote daily living skills, independence, and quality of life
- Accurately document therapy sessions and monitor resident progress
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, residents, and family members to support individualized care goals
- Educate residents, families, and staff on home exercise and restorative programs
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide coverage at nearby facilities when needed based on patient and staffing needs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state license/registration as a COTA
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and therapeutic activities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
