About the job
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Worker (PCW) to provide daily support and assistance to clients in Glenwood Springs, CO. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to improving quality of life and supporting individuals with their daily living needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying living spaces)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
- Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to comply with annual influenza vaccine
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
