Hospice Team RN – Montrose Community Hospice | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 8am-5pm| $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p with occasional on-call requirement
Location: Montrose, Colorado
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Pay Range:
ASN: $35.02–$38.75/hour
BSN: $36.20–$40.05/hour

Hospice Team RN’s have a unique opportunity to see a variety of patients, complete admissions and be support to their team during coverage needs. We provide care wherever our patients call home - private homes, nursing homes, group homes or assisted living facilities.

What You Bring
- Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in home health, hospice, or acute care strongly preferred
- Current Colorado RN license maintained throughout employment
- Current CPR certification maintained throughout employment
- Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate emotional or high-stress situations with professionalism and compassion
- Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications
