32hrs/week - 4-8hr days (rotating days, includes some weekends)

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : The Float Nurse is responsible for providing patient care to assigned patients in their assigned regions. This may be providing a single visit, completing a referral or admission visit, providing telephone triage, and/or temporarily serving as a “primary nurse” to cover leaves and absences. This position will be cross trained to provide nursing services of individualized care to patients and their families in multiple teams/locations throughout HopeWest. This position also participates in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted RN or LPN license in the State of Colorado
• Must have valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance coverage
• Minimum of 1yr experience, preferred in acute care setting

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: LPN - $29.83-$33.00, RN - $35.03-$40.05, (differentials: $5/hr weekends & $6/hr nights)
