About the job
Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Heather Heights, located in Pittsford, NY
Part-Time | Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p), Overnight (11p-7a), and Weekends
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our premier assisted living and memory care facility. The PCA provides hands-on assistance and meaningful support to residents while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide meal assistance.
Engage residents in activities and meaningful conversation.
Observe and report changes in residents condition.
Follow care plans and safety procedures.
Provide compassionate care.
Qualifications
Previous senior living, memory care, or caregiving experience.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
