FirstLight Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs and experienced caregivers to provide quality one-on-one care to our clients. We have weekend opportunities available, primarily in Needham and Newton.
Position Details
- Saturday and Sunday availability
- Daytime shifts available
- Consistent client assignments
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- One-on-one care in private homes
Pay Rates
- $23/hour for shifts 7 hours or less
- $21 for shifts 8 hours or more
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and be eager to learn new skills
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every day
- Compassionate, supportive, and dependable attitude
- At least one year of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care preferred
- Willingness to follow health and safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant caregiving experience
- Take pride in providing high-quality care
