Join the Fairway Landings Senior Living team as a Physical Therapist (PT) and be part of a leading provider of senior care services. As a PT at Fairway Landings, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing high-quality physical therapy services to promote optimal health and well-being.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for delivering individualized physical therapy services to our residents, including:
- Conducting initial assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans
- Implementing evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Providing education and training to residents and their families on proper body mechanics and fall prevention techniques
- Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident interactions and treatment plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to residents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Monitor and document resident progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized physical therapy treatment area
