Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical With Telemetry, Fort Bragg. The Registered Nurse delivers coordinated nursing care to assigned patients while supervising nursing staff and coordinating with other healthcare disciplines. The role applies critical thinking, professional judgment, and the nursing process to promote safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.
- Additional Information:
- Collects and analyzes patient data to identify diagnoses, care issues, and desired outcomes.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans.
- Coordinates care delivery and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Delegates appropriately and coordinates duties among healthcare team members.
- Provides health education to patients, families, and members of the care team.
- Participates in discharge planning to promote continuity of care.
- Supports a safe, healing, humane, and caring environment.
- Required vaccinations may apply as a condition of employment, with applicable medical and religious exemptions.
