Job Summary

Xray Technologist, Xray Tech, Englewood, CO. The Xray Technologist performs Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment supporting neuro and vascular cases. The position requires current acute care hospital Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience, required certifications, teamwork, and participation in scheduled on-call coverage.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week; on-call coverage includes one night per week and one rotating weekend per month, with possible holiday coverage.
  • Required Qualifications: At least 6 months of current acute care hospital Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification with Radiography (R) credential; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Neurointerventional experience with strokes, aneurysms, subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), and dural venous sinus thrombosis (DVST); expert knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures with minimal guidance.
  • Additional Information: The role supports neurointerventional and vascular procedures, including comprehensive stroke cases, gastrointestinal bleeding interventions, embolizations, gastrostomy tube placement, and nephrostomy procedures. A self-motivated professional who works effectively in a fast-paced Interventional Radiology (IR) laboratory and collaborative team environment is preferred.
