Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-time Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living East Prairie. As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being during the night shift. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and managing chronic conditions
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident care
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse or physician
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to resident-centered care and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
