Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including but not limited to: administering medications, conducting vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure timely interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
