About the role

ASG Home Care is a DDD-approved provider in New Jersey. As a Direct Support Professional, you support one person with a developmental disability at home and in the community.

This is a live-in Direct Support Professional role. We will go over the schedule and living arrangements with you when you apply.

What you will do

• Help with daily routines like meals, dressing and personal care
• Go with the person to activities, errands and appointments
• Help them build life skills and do more on their own
• Follow their support plan and write short notes after each visit

What we're looking for

• 3 or more years of experience as a DSP or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Age 18 or older
• Able to pass a criminal background check and a DDD Central Registry check
• Caring, patient and on time

Schedule and location

Part-time and full-time openings in Hopatcong, NJ and nearby areas, with day, evening and weekend hours.
