Rotating shifts: 7pm-7:30am and 7am-7:30pm. Travelers must work at least every other holiday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Pediatrics unit, requiring expertise in Tracheostomy, Ventilator, and central line care. The nurse will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting findings accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and adjust care plans.
• Participate in emergency response as needed.

Required Experience

At least 12 months of permanent experience in Pediatrics is required, with a focus on Tracheostomy, Ventilator, and central line care.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• American Red Cross BLS and PALS certifications required.
