Job Description
The Registered Nurse in Case Management will work in a busy hospital environment with a total of 450 beds. The role requires adept handling of patient review through Meditech, along with experience in Midas and Navihealth documentation systems. The nurse will be expected to adapt quickly and demonstrate productivity following a 5-day orientation.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient case loads and ensure timely and appropriate care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient discharge.
- Utilize Midas and Meditech systems for documentation and patient reviews.
- Float to other units as needed based on patient care demands.
Required Experience
Previous experience in Acute Care Case Management is required.
Certifications/Licensure
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
