This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position requires a schedule of 4x10 hour days, working from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. It includes 1 day of call per week and approximately 1 weekend per month.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for scrubbing and circulating in various cardiac procedures. This role involves working with Philips and GE fluoro systems, and performing Impella and IABP insertions. Documentation will be done primarily using the Mac Lab system, although familiarity is not required.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing and circulating interventional cardiology cases.
• Operating imaging equipment during procedures.
• Inserting Impella and IABP as necessary.
• Assisting in a variety of procedures including TAVR, LHC, RHC, PFO, PCI, ASD, and Mitral Clip.
• Providing excellent patient care and ensuring patient safety during procedures.

Required Experience

• Experience as a Cath Lab Tech with proficiency in scrubbing.
• Must have experience with Impella and IABP insertion.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification.
• Current NH RT license.
