Incentives and Pay Differentials

• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus (For eligible positions)
• $3.00/hr Shift Differential for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift
• Weekend Warrior Program: Earn an additional $3.00/hr differential for weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Lead and supervise LPNs and CNAs, fostering a supportive and efficient clinical team environment.
• Collaborate directly with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and family members regarding resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (in good standing).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.
