Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans for patients, ensuring optimal nutrition support and promoting healthy living habits
- Conduct dietary assessments and provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
- Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals and snacks that cater to patients' dietary needs and preferences
- Monitor patients' progress, adjust nutrition care plans as needed, and document all relevant information
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and industry developments to continuously improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
