💰 Pay & Schedule
💲 $18–$19 per hour , depending on experience
🎉 $750 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
🗓️ Consistent part-time schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Compensation Note: Final pay will be determined by the hiring manager based on the candidate’s experience, skills, certifications, and training.
🦷 About the Role
As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will support the doctor during pediatric procedures while helping children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visits.
🌱 Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; however, some previous dental experience is required .
👧 What You’ll Do
🦷 Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
😁 Help children feel calm, comfortable, and supported
🧼 Prepare, clean, and turn over treatment rooms
🪥 Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards
📋 Assist with charting and documentation
🤝 Work closely with the dental team to keep each day running smoothly
✨ Create a welcoming, kid-friendly experience for patients and families

🦷 Some previous dental experience
🗓️ Availability every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
😊 A positive, patient, and friendly attitude
💬 Strong communication and teamwork skills

❤️ CPR certification - or a willingness to obtain it
🗣️ Bilingual Spanish and English skills are a plus
🚗 Travel Requirement
This position may require travel between Absolute Dental office locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between offices when needed.
