Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Compassionate and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Reliable, professional, and eager to grow
What You’ll Do
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document resident conditions and vital signs
- Support clinical care plans and provide direct resident care
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and assist with ADLs
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and the full care team
- Provide education to residents and families
- Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Respond to emergencies and provide timely, skilled care
- Assist with training and mentoring CNAs
