Pay: $28.00–$29.50 per hour (DOE/Shift)

Schedule Details/Requirements

• Employment Type: PRN / On-Call Only
• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Minimum Availability: Must work 1–2 shifts per week and at least 2 weekend shifts per month.

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN / on-call basis . We welcome both newly licensed and experienced LPNs who are passionate about providing quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Assess residents' needs and monitor changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and follow individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Supervise CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of resident care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of every resident.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
• Ability to assess residents' needs and provide appropriate nursing care.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
• Newly licensed and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply!
