What You'll Do
As a CNA, you will play an essential role in helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life by:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Measuring and documenting vital signs and reporting changes in condition.
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Following individualized care plans while working collaboratively with the nursing team.
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Meets all state and federal continuing education requirements.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
Schedule
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- 8-hour shifts
- Flexible scheduling for Part-Time team members
