- Provide exceptional nursing care to our patients on an evening shift, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans and ensure seamless transitions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure optimal care and positive outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve our services and patient satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or related healthcare setting
