• Conduct resident assessments, identifying needs and prioritizing interventions
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, contributing to timely and effective care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatment, and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, promoting continuous growth and development
