Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Prior HHA/PCA experience preferred
- Ability to perform hands-on transfers and wheelchair assistance
- Must be comfortable with personal care tasks including diapering, boosting, and repositioning
- Light housekeeping skills (laundry, bed linens, tidying)
- Ability to run errands, shop, and provide transportation to appointments
- Strong communication and companionship skills to support well-being and socialization
- Family preference: candidates under 60 years old
Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and wheelchair use
- Maintain cleanliness of living space including laundry and linens
- Support errands, shopping, and appointment transportation
- Offer companionship and monitor overall well-being
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
