We're hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Colorado. Whether you're an experienced RBT or brand new to ABA, you'll get the support you need to grow here.

Already working in a clinic? Make this your second job.

Work full time in an ABA clinic? Have a morning job? Looking for more hours and more cases? Pick up in-home sessions with us in the afternoons, evenings, or weekends.

You already know ABA. In-home is the same work you do every day, in a new setting, where you get to see the child where they live and help their skills carry over into everyday life. We'll support you as you make the move into home-based sessions.

New to ABA? Start as a BT and we'll help you earn your RBT.

We'll guide you through your RBT certification every step of the way, so you build a real credential while you work.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in the child's home under BCBA supervision
• Follow each child's individualized treatment plan
• Collect accurate data on behaviors and skills
• Help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Stay in touch with your supervising BCBA and join trainings and team meetings
• Keep every interaction ethical and professional

Who We're Looking For

• BTs and RBTs working in clinics or other full-time jobs who want additional hours and in-home cases
• Active RBT certification, or willing to complete it (we'll help you get there)
• Experience with kids in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred, not required)
• A strong communicator who connects easily and takes initiative
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• A team player who's open to learning and feedback
