About the Role
As a Lead Registered Behavior Technician , you will play a vital role in our team's efforts to provide individualized, high-quality ABA therapy to our clients. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for implementing behavioral plans, collecting data, and reporting results to ensure our clients receive the best possible care. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, parents, and caregivers to achieve treatment goals.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and report results
- Collaborate with professionals and families to develop and modify treatment plans
- Provide direct care to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client treatment and progress
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
