Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care, prioritizing resident safety, dignity, and comfort
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Implement restorative care plans, including exercises and activities, to improve patient mobility and functioning
- Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain a positive and respectful environment, promoting a culture of compassion and respect
Requirements
- 0 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
- Possess a valid CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistive devices (as needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
