Twin Fountains Home for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our dynamic team in LaGrange, Georgia ! As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction, while promoting a positive and supportive work environment for our dedicated staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care provided, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
