Three Crosses Regional Hospital is an advanced independent healthcare organization led by a local team of professionals dedicated to high-quality patient care and being the first choice of patients and providers in the communities we serve.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, vendors, and other visitors to our facility
- Answers/routing phone calls.
- Provides general information to the public, patients, and their families
- Provides ID badge to visitors and vendors
- Coordinates with registration clerks for efficient registration of patients
- Escorts patients, and visitors to appropriate departments
- Serves as backup to registration clerks as needed
- Sorts through incoming faxes and distributes as needed
- Must have friendly demeanor and greets everyone with a smile
- Early schedule start time
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Must complete requirements for Employee Health
