As a Weekend Charge Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care on weekends. You will be responsible for providing nursing care to our residents, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care to our residents on weekends
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and organized environment
