The Springs of Brinkley is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. Your expertise will help residents recover strength, improve mobility, and get back to doing the things they love - all while being part of a supportive and collaborative care environment.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments or limitations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support overall recovery goals
- Document therapy sessions and track resident progress
- Educate residents and caregivers on safe movement techniques and home exercise programs
