Some Qualifications as a LPN Medication Manager
- Ordering Medications/Prescriptions. Monitoring need for Medication reorders and refills
- Communicating with LHCSA RN , Case Management or Executive Director regarding orders to be handled by CHHA.
- Inventory Checks for Medications and required Supplies.
- Oversight of Immediate Removal and proper destruction of all discontinued and/or expired medications.
- All duties assigned by Management or the Executive Director
