What You’ll Do as an STNA
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of nurses
- Assist residents with daily activities , including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Help with mealtime assistance and ensure proper nutrition
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Offer compassionate support and companionship to residents
- Follow all facility policies and procedures to ensure top-quality care
Qualifications
- Active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification in Ohio
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality resident care
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
