Physician (MD/DO) – Disability Evaluations
Poughkeepsie, NY | 4 Days per Week | No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call
The IMA Group is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to perform disability evaluations in our Poughkeepsie office. This is an assessment-only position focused on conducting medical evaluations and completing objective reports - no treatment, prescribing, or ongoing patient care. Salary is prorated based on hours worked.
What You'll Do
- Perform focused physical examinations for disability evaluations.
- Review medical records and diagnostic findings.
- Complete structured medical reports using our streamlined electronic documentation system.
Qualifications
- Active New York MD or DO license.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Experience in disability evaluations, occupational medicine, primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or private practice is a plus.

- Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annually (prorated based on 4-day schedule)
- 4-day work week with predictable daytime hours.
