About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at The Benjamin Healthcare Center LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including assessing needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health and wellbeing
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency
• Maintaining accurate and complete patient records and reporting any changes or concerns to supervisors

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address resident needs and goals
• Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Participate in staff development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address resident concerns and address any issues that may arise

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
