As a Per Diem Registered Nurse RN, you will work on a variable schedule, providing nursing care to our patients in a long-term care setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while maintaining accurate and detailed records. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, both electronic and paper-based
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address patient needs and concerns
