About the job
The Arc Western Montana is hiring a part-time or PRN Registered Nurse to support adults with developmental disabilities in a medical group home setting. This is a unique opportunity to step away from fast-paced clinical environments and provide meaningful care in a person-centered setting.
As the RN, you’ll work closely with a small care team and have the time and autonomy to truly understand the needs of each individual you serve. This is a rewarding role that offers consistency, impact, and a supportive work culture.
This is a part-time or PRN position at 12 hours per week. We are currently hiring for either the Sunday or Thursday 7am - 7pm shifts, with more flexibility available for a PRN RN.
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Medical Group Home, Missoula
What We Offer
- Starting Pay: $35.00 per hour
- Shift Differential: $1 per hour 7pm - 7am
- Paid training including a comprehensive introduction to working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Mandt certification

Your Role
- Provide direct nursing care in a medical group home setting
- Conduct monthly health assessments and routine wellness checks
- Administer medications and manage medical orders
- Attend and support clients during medical appointments
- Maintain clear and accurate electronic documentation
- Support triage for clients in other group homes as needed

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in the State of Montana
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Relatively clear driver record with at least 3 years of driving experience
