About the job
Synergy Homecare MSP Metro (office in Roseville) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide care in clients homes throughout the central metro area. This is a flexible part-time position (approximately 16-20 hours/week).

Duties
- Assess clients in their homes, create Plans of Care, and provide nursing services
- Assist with caregiver training/education
- Collaborate with clients, family members, care-providers, and co-workers to provide individualized client care
- Provide reliable care and complete timely documentation of all visits and assessments
Qualifications
- Nursing degree, along with a valid MN registered nursing license
- Strong clinical skills for assessing client needs and providing care
- Communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Compassion and empathy
- Customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Valid Driver’s license, insurance and a reliable vehicle
