Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our award-winning team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Oklahoma City. As a CNA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and vital signs monitoring
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing reliable and consistent care
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
- Monitor health changes and make a real impact on clients' lives
- Work independently with full agency support
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma CNA license (active and in good standing)
- Big heart and professional attitude
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to assist with mobility and transfers (equipment provided)
- Pass background check and drug screen
