We need dedicated individuals who enjoy helping others and can provide personalized support to clients in their own homes. Your Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care and activities of daily living
- Help clients with mobility, walking, transfers, and safe positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Build meaningful connections through companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
- Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
- Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Caring, patient, and dependable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
