SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our team in Braintree, MA. If you enjoy helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence at home, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home
• Follow each client’s care plan and daily routine
• Report changes in clients’ needs or conditions to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
• Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts
• Complete vaccination records preferred
