CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Westwood, MA. We’re looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others and want to make a positive impact by supporting clients with their daily needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
- Follow individualized care plans and established routines
- Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Patient, compassionate, and dependable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable providing care independently in clients’ homes
- Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
