CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Brookline, MA! We’re looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others live comfortably and safely in their own homes. Your Responsibilities
- Help clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when necessary
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Complete light housekeeping to keep the home clean and comfortable
- Follow individualized care plans and established routines
- Keep the care team informed of changes in clients’ needs or conditions
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Patient, compassionate, and dependable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable providing care independently in clients’ homes
- Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
- Complete vaccination records preferred
