You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) environment.
What You'll Do
As a COTA, you will
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living, mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills
- Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident's goals
- Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation using Net Health
- Build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their progress and quality of life
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania COTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
