About the job
Our orthodontic practice is seeking a full-time scheduling coordinator and office administrator. This person must be friendly, great at building relationships, customer-service oriented and highly organized. With world-class customer service as our focus, we are dedicated to patient relationships, quality care, and personal service at the highest level. You will be expected to respond to patient requests and needs in a timely manner and with the utmost respect.
We are a unique team that works hard together, while maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere for each other and the patients.
The ideal candidate will be confident in their admin and communication skills, while being professional and proficient. Must be able to multitask. We offer competitive pay, based on experience and a positive attitude. We also offer PTO, paid holidays, bonuses, 401K, and a retirement plan. Previous orthodontic administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
Administrative Duties
- Building schedule templates and managing the schedule
- Overseeing all communication with referring dentists and patients, communicating effectively and professionally
- Charting properly
- Scheduling appointments
- Create a positive work environment
Compensation will be based on experience.
