Pay: $16–$20 per hour, plus an additional $2 per hour for weekend shifts

We have immediate openings for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support elderly women in their homes in North Ridgeville and Avon Lake.

Current openings include full-day shifts and afternoon shifts from noon to 5 p.m.

Your kindness, patience, and reliable presence can help a senior feel safe, comfortable, and connected while giving her family peace of mind.

We’re looking for caregivers who arrive on time, communicate clearly, and treat every client with dignity and respect. Whether you bring years of experience or are beginning your caregiving career, we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

How You’ll Help

Responsibilities vary by each client’s care plan and may include:

• Providing companionship, conversation, and meaningful activities.
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating when needed.
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Accompanying clients on errands or to appointments when needed.
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition.
• Accurately documenting care and communicating with families and office staff.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old.
• A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care.
• Dependability, punctuality, and consistent communication.
• Availability for full-day shifts or noon–5 p.m. shifts.
• Reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening.
• Caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
• Dementia and Parkinson’s care experience is a plus.
