- Schedule: Flexible part-time schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability on weekend schedule
- Hours: Part-time hours vary by client assignment, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts every weekend

What You'll Do
No two days are exactly alike! As a Caregiver, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Providing companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support
- Assisting with walking, transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and changing bed linens
- Providing medication reminders (as permitted by company policy)
- Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments when appropriate
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's physical or emotional condition
- Maintaining accurate care documentation and communicating with the office and family members as needed

Requirements
- Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work assigned part-time schedules based on client needs
