Receptionist Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle and log correspondence, mail, and packages
• Provide assistance with scheduling appointments and tours
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center's services, amenities, and policies
• Collaborate with staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping

Receptionist Requirements

• Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar software
