Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our clinical team. If you are a dedicated nursing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care, we'd love to meet you!
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- Rotating weekend/on-call responsibilities as needed
RN Unit Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit.
- Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized nursing care.
- Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
- Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
RN Unit Manager Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team while maintaining exceptional resident care.
- Knowledge of PointClickCare is a plus.
